Terms and Conditions
General Terms and Conditions of online shop have been prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), based on the recommendations of GZS and international codes for e-commerce. General terms are about process of the online shop, the customer rights and business relationship between buyer and seller.
The web site (the "Site", "shop" or "Tamaks') in Slovenia operated by Tamaks okovje d.o.o. Said entity is acting as a service provider of e-commerce (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").
Reistration of the buyer is desirable, but not required. Upon registration in the system Tamaks visitors acquire a username, which is equal to its e-mail and password. The data you provide will be protected in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot) and will not be used for any other purpose, except for the processing of customer orders.

The period in which it is possible to withdraw from the contract and conditions for withdrawal; In addition, also on whether and how much it costs the buyer to return the item,
an explanation of the appeal process, including all the information on the contact person or department for contacts with customers.
Due to the nature of online business Tamaks updates and changes its offer often and quickly. Prices are recommended retail price of the manufacturer or importer or the prices are created by the provider.
The price applies to all visitors of website Tamaks. Registration in the system is not a prerequisite for online purchase and is not a condition for validity of the online price. All prices include 22% VAT, unless expressly provided otherwise. Prices are valid at the time of contract. Prices are valid in the case of payment with all payment methods that a site offers, subject to the general terms and conditions.
Despite enormous efforts to ensure that all information is up to date and accurate, it may happen that the pricing information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price changes between the order processing, customer service will allow resigning of the purchase, but will also offer customer service solution that will go to the mutual satisfaction. The purchase agreement between the supplier and the buyer is concluded at the moment when the seller confirms the order (the customer receives an e-mail about the status of his order confirmed). Provider will send a final offer within three working days via email. From this moment on, all prices and other terms are fixed and are valid for both the provider and the customer.

The purchase process
The purchase process on website Tamaks is the following simple steps:
1) Demand submitted: After placing the order (demand) the buyer is notified by e-mail that the order was accepted. If the customer wishes to cancel the order, it may do so one hour from the submission by writing a message via e-mail - firstname.lastname@example.org. Final offer with delivery costs and other costs will be sent by provider within three working days by e-mail.
2) Order confirmed: If a customer order is not withdrawn, there is order in the further processing. The contract provider checks the availability of the ordered products, adds cost of postage and sends final offer via email. The provider can call the customer to ensure the accuracy of the data. The contract provider shall inform the customer via e-mail about the scheduled delivery time. Contract to purchase the ordered products between the customer and the provider is at this stage definitively concluded.
3) Goods dispatched: Within the agreed deadline the goods are dispatched. The buyer has the right to reject the goods in accordance with the legal provisions, and according to the terms and conditions on page Tamaks.
The right to withdraw from the purchase, return of goods
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 8 days of receipt of goods (to the contact e-mail address email@example.com) without having to state a reason for its decision. The only cost to the consumer with the cancellation of the contract is the cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned within 15 days of the filed notice of withdrawal from the contract (withdrawal from the purchase).
Received goods must be returned undamaged, unopened and in the same amount, unless the goods are destroyed, corrupted, lost, or its quantity is reduced, without the fault of the consumer. Since the packaging (eg. A box) are an integral part of the article it should also be returned as it was in its original condition at the time of receipt of the item (ie, undamaged, unopened and in the same amount).
In the return of items, where promotional code was used, these assets are considered as discount and the refund does not return (returns the amount paid), paid amount is returned to the bank account of the user.
Refund payments will be made as soon as possible, but no later than 8 days from receipt of the returned items. We perform a refund to the bank account of the buyer.
The return of the goods received in the company during the period of withdrawal is considered to be a message of withdrawal.
Provider will send goods within the agreed time
Provider will try that the ordered goods are dispatched within two working days after ordering.
Shipping time depends on the contractual partner for the delivery of items and provider has no influence.
In the event that the ordered product is not in stock or does not have in stock a sufficient quantity of the ordered product, the buyer will be informed of the expected time of delivery.
The contract partner for the delivery of items is GLS, but the provider reserves the right to choose another delivery service, if the contract can be completed more efficiently.
The cost of delivery is calculated based on the weight and size of the ordered products. Provider will prepare a final offer after receiving demand, which will also include shipping costs.
Safety of the purchase
For your security, your online provider Tamaks will never ask you for bank information or account number. To pay on offer or cash on delivery we only need your address.
Protection of personal data
The provider undertakes to permanently protect all personal user data. The seller will use the personal data exclusively for order fulfillment (sending information material, tenders, invoices) and other necessary communication. User data in no case will be handed over to unauthorized persons.
Using texts, photos and videos from the site Tamaks
It is forbidden to copy texts or parts of texts, uploading pictures or video, without the written consent of the company Tamaks.
The provider will contact the user via means of distance communication only if a user does not explicitly object. Advertising e-mails will contain the following ingredients:
will be marked as advertisements or news as Tamaks,
consignor - Tamaks- will be clearly evident,
various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques will be marked as such. It will also clearly set out the conditions of participation in them,
The way to unsubscribe from receiving advertising messages will be marked.
If the customer wishes not to receive advertising messages, the provider will specifically honor and immediately remove customer from the list of recipients of the news.
Discharge from liability
Provider shall use its best efforts to ensure promptness and accuracy of the data published on its pages. Nevertheless, the nature of items, delivery or price could change so rapidly that the provider fails to correct the information on the websites in time. In this case, the buyer will be informed about the changes and to cancel the contract or replace the ordered item. Although the provider tries to provide accurate pictures of products, but all photographs should be taken as symbolic. Photos do not guarantee product properties.
Complaints and disputes
Provider respects the
existing consumer protection legislation. The provider is trying to comply with
its duty to establish an effective system for dealing with complaints and
designate a person, which (in case of problems) the buyer can contact by the
phone or by e-mail. The appeal shall be submitted via email firstname.lastname@example.org. Complaint
procedure is confidential.
